Scheduling Surgery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your KP surgeon and their scheduling department will schedule your surgery at Eye Surgery Center of San Francisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaiser Permanente Pre-Operative Evaluation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once your surgery has been scheduled, your surgeon\u2019s office will assist you in making an appointment at the Kaiser Perioperative Clinic, usually about a week before your surgery or procedure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will review your medical, surgical, and social history and current medications with a Nurse Practitioner who will update your medical record. Any necessary laboratory or EKG tests will be ordered. If you have any concerns about your current health or readiness for surgery, you should discuss them during your visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow Up Appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A follow up appointment with your KP surgeon will be scheduled through Kaiser Permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
